Description

USAID/Albania proposes to modify an existing contract with Creative Associates, Inc. (Contract No. 182-C-00-03-00109-00). This contract was awarded to combat trafficking in women and children by strengthening civil society and various levels of government. The purpose of the proposed modification is to extend the award for 24 months at an estimated cost of $3,000,000 in order to promote sustainable governmental and non-governmental initiatives in the anti-trafficking network, address the information gap and provide longer term technical assistance to NGO and governmental service providers. Less than full and open competition is sought to allow Creative Associates, Inc., to provide these services. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All statements of interest received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. However, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
