Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), seeks to procure assistance in interviewing, gathering, coding, compiling, and analyzing data concerned with the effects of sexual abuse allegations by child witnesses. The specific tasks to be performed by the vendor are: 1)To recruit, train and supervise assistants employing our coding scheme to evaluate the quality of interviews with children who have allegedly been sexually abused. 2) To recruit and evaluate the work of individuals transcribing interviews and transmit the transcripts to us. 3) To coordinate data from various sites in Israel. The vendor will monitor the quality of the interviews we receive and the completeness of the background information. 4) To maintain communication with representatives of the Ministry of Social Welfare in Israel in order to ensure that we are able to follow the case through the judicial disposition. 5) To assist in the preparation of scientific presentations and publications. This is not set aside for small business. A statement of work will be attached to the Request for Quote (RFQ) package.
