Description

Under the authority of FAR Pat 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the VA Medical Center at 7305 N. Military Trial West Palm Beach, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source contract with United Skys, Inc., located at 702 Magna Drive Round Lake, Il 60073, to provide and install a 5/8? thick polycarbonate sheet above the glazing material on the existing skylights. Height of atriums are approximately 241 and 140 feet. Anyone wishing to respond to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the requirements. Interested parties have six (6) calendar days from publication of this notice to submit, in writing, their qualifications and capabilities. Such qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Fax responses to the attention of the Contracting Officer at 561-422-6507. Oral communications will not be accepted. If there are no responses to this notice within six (6) calendar days, negotiations will commence with United Skys, Inc.
