Description

The Government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract for Archive Specialist services as required by BUPERS, Budget Submitting Office (BSO) (PERS-73), Washington, D.C. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is T013, the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 2789 and the NAICS Code is 512220. The contract will consist of a base year with a one year option period. The contractor shall submit a resume with his offer identifying his current and previous positions. This office will no longer issue a hard copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ). Offerors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents from the following Website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the government. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. By submitting a proposal, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the proposal. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this RFQ, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at https://www.bpn.gov. Interested parties should provide their CAGE Code and FAX number.
