Description

RFP VA-786-06-RP-0005 Furnish, Deliver and Install Concrete Grave Liners @ Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (OWRNC), Rittman, OH. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supervision and transportation to furnish, deliver (F.O.B. Destination within consignee premises) and install concrete grave liners at this National Cemetery. Contract covers a base period January 1, 2006, or date of contract award through September 30, 2006, with up to four 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2010. This acquisition is a total (100%) set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 is applicable, and the small business standard is 500 employees. Requests for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. Harry R. Pearson, Contracting Officer. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA-786-06-RP-0005 on all requests. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via Fed Ex on or about November 22, 2005. The solicitation may also be obtained FREE OF CHARGE, from VA's Business Opportunities System via the Internet at the following URL address on or about November 22, 2005: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at this URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note 1.
