PRON: AX699757, NSN: 1560-01-192-3109, PN: 70500-02068-053, Quantity: 182 each minimum/1,382 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH- 60 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 182 each, 398 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 253 DACA. Required delivery without First Article T esting is 182 each, 265 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be c onsidered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
