Description

The maintenance and overhaul shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's blueprints/production drawings and specifications. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and materials to Overhaul the Fault Panel. The furnished parts shall be either manufacturers original equipment or from an approved, qualified and/or engineering test vendor. No surplus parts shall be used. The Input/Output NSN: 1680-01-471-7013, Input/Output P/N: 70550-01107-120. Th e government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with an minimum quantity of 175 each and a maximum quantity of 2,077 each. The maximum quantity includes a 20% Foreign Military Sales (FMS ) quantity of 415 each. The technical data is not currently available for this requirement. There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) for the Fault Panel. The only known sources of overhaul for the Fault Panel is Lavi Systems, Panorama City , CA (Cage OADZ9) and Teledyne Controls, West Los Angeles, CA (Cage 98571). ATTN: FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO JANET GUYETTE. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's Shopping List (CASL) procedures. These procedures are outlined at the following web site: http://www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/. All responsible sources may submit an offer than may be considered by the agency. There will be no telephone requests for solicitation accepted. Request will be by data fax to (256) 313-8194 or email, or mailed only to, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LA-M, Janet Guyette, Contract Specialist. PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL, NO DATA FAX OR EMAILS WILL BE ACCEPTED. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
