Description

Renovation of Office Space at the J.C. Cleveland Federal Building, Concord, NH. This procurement is for a complete renovation of approximately 6800 square feet of existing office space. The office space is located on the second floor of the J.C. Cleveland Federal Building for USDA/NASS in Concord, New Hampshire. Renovation will include the complete demolition of existing office space and construction of new office space. The renovation will include open office areas, private offices, library, break room, LAN room and other office functions. The construction part of this project will include renovation of architectural finishes to include the salvage and reuse of existing wood finishes and renovation and installation of electrical, mechanical and fire suppression systems. The NAICS code is 236220. The Small Business Size Standard is 28.5 million dollars. This project is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Performance and Payment bonds of 100% will be required under this contract. Estimated project cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated posting date of this IFB will be on or about 12/5/05. Pre-bid conference will be on or about 12/16/05. The technical documents will be available through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) secure website via a direct link from FedBizOpps.
