Description

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT is interested in leasing office and related space in Memphis, TN for use by the United States Government. Properties offered must meet the following basic criteria to receive further consideration: LOCATION: The space must be located within the Central Business District of Memphis, TN in quality, sound office space. REQUIRED: Approx. 19,367 BOMA Usable Square Feet of office and related space. All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included at part of the rental consideration and the building owner must be willing to amortize Tenant Improvements over the firm term of the lease. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm OWNERS & AGENTS: Properties may be submitted for inspection by owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY. Responses are due by 4:30 p.m. EST November 30, 2005. A market survey of potential sites will be performed shortly thereafter.
