Description

THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT is interested in leasing office and related space in Ft. Walton Beach, FL., for use by the United States Government . Properties offered must meet the following basic criteria to receive further consideration: LOCATION: The space must be located within the Central Business District of Ft. Walton Beach, FL. TThe delineated area is as follows: North: SR 20 and SR 285 (Niceville) South: US 98 East: Ready Ave (Mary Ester West: Eglin AFB REQUIRED: Approx. 2,000 BOMA Usable Square Feet of office and related space. Offered space must be able to meet security requirement of slab-to-slab construction of all exterior and demising walls. All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included at part of the rental consideration and the building owner must be willing to amortize Tenant Improvements over the firm term of the lease. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years, Five (5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: Properties may be submitted for inspection by owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY. Responses are due by 4:30 p.m. EST November 30, 2005. A market survey of potential sites will be performed shortly thereafter.
