Description

This procurement is to obtain the services of an Event Planner/International Public Relations Consultant who shall provide event planning and international public relations consulting for MCC events, including but not limited to, conferences, signing ceremonies, roundtables and other events. Required services include but are not limited to site selection, brochure development, and registration process on and off site, coordination of meeting facilities, production and coordination of name badges, exhibit requirements and accessibility requirements to include sign language interpreting, if necessary. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541820, size standard $ 6 million. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov The Government contemplates award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year period of performance. Call orders will be issued on a firm fixed price and/or Time and Materials basis. A solicitation requesting proposals that described the offeror?s capability to provide event planning and international public relations consulting services will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about December 5, 2005.
