- The Federal Correctional Institution, Morgantown, West Virginia, requires bread for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2006. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. All qualified offers will be considered. All vendors shall be registered in the CCR (www.ccr.gov) and ORCA (www.orca.bpn.gov). The solicitation will be available on or after November 21, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
