Description: VAPSHCS intends to negotiate a contract with ICOM International for continuation of a project to develop a Cardiac Assessment, Reporting and Tracking System Cath Lab (CART-CL)data repository. The database has been developed by ICOM International and this contract will provide upgrades, enhancement and maintenance along with interface with VISTA, technical training and support. The base year of this contract will be January 1, 2006 thru September 30, 2006 with the option to extend for two additional one year periods. No solicitation will be issued.
