- Sources Sought: The 92nd Contracting Squadron seeks interested sources to perform under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), multiple-year roofing contract at Fairchild AFB WA 99011-9403. Typical task orders will consist of roof maintenance, repair/construction or replacement and inspection for the following types of roofs: Built-Up, Modified Bitumen, Elastomeric, TPO, Asphalt Shingles, Asphalt Coated Felt and Standing Seam. The NAICS code is 238160 with a small business size standard of $12 Million. Description of the work will be identified in each individual task order. Individual task orders may range between an estimated $5,000 - $400,000. The program value is Not-to-Exceed $5,000,000 over a five-year period. Contract awarded will contain a basic 12-month period and four 12-month option periods. The purpose of the sources sought is to identify available qualified 8a, Hubzone or SDV businesses. If your firm is HUBZone certified and is interested in this acquisition, then submit capability information to the Contracting Officer not later than ten (10) days after the publication of this notice: (a) SBA Certification of HUBZone eligibility; (b) a positive statement of your intention to propose on this contract as a prime contractor; (c) evidence of recent (within three (3) years), relevant (multiple task order) experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact with telephone numbers and a statement as to why the project is relevant, and; (d) financial and bonding capabilities to execute multiple projects with a combined value of up to $1,000,000 (e) project management capabilities and company staffing levels. If your firm is Service Disabled Veteran then submit the following information to the Contracting Officer not later than ten (10) days after the publication of this notice: (a) a positive statement of your intention to propose on this contract as a prime contractor; (b) evidence of recent (within three (3) years), relevant (multiple task order) experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact with telephone numbers and a statement as to why the project is relevant, and; (c) financial and bonding capabilities to execute multiple projects with a combined value of up to $1,000,000 (d) project management capabilities and company staffing levels. If your firm is 8(a) certified and is interested in this acquisition, then submit capability information to the Contracting Officer not later than ten (10) days after the publication of this notice: (a) SBA Certification of 8(a) eligibility; (b) a positive statement of your intention to propose on this contract as a prime contractor; (c) evidence of recent (within three (3) years), relevant (multiple task order) experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact with telephone numbers and a statement as to why the project is relevant, and; (d) financial and bonding capabilities to execute multiple projects with a combined value of up to $1,000,000 (e) project management capabilities and company staffing levels. This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. The Contracting Officers determination will be made for the above partial set-asides from the information received from the qualified sources submitted from this request. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice.
