Description

Northern Region Contracting Center (NRCC) intends to re-solicit and award a non-personal service contract for an existing world-wide communications infrastructure to provide two-way video, two-way audio distance learning capability to approximately 3 00 video teletraining facilities including 60 OCONUS facilities (i.e., the Sinai, Europe, Iraq, Japan, and Korea) about 250 sites are owned by the Government. This requires the integration of digitized video, audio, and data with state-of-the art multipoin t communications technology into a training oriented teleconferencing system within 30 days and with no loss of service. Communications requires satellite, all common types of terrestrial connectivity, and Video Over Internet Protocol (VOIP). Operate a Net work Control Center 24/7 to include maintenance for communication and equipment, and all automated scheduling of sessions at CONUS and OCONUS locations with the capability of interoperability with DOD and other networks. The contract will be for a period o f one year, with four year options.
