Description

Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency  Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Technical Services Group, Inc., 675-C Prog ress Center Ave., Lawrenceville, GA, 30043-4809. This contract will be for the procurement of a Digital X-ray Imaging System to be integrated into the established hardware and Technical Services Groups proprietary software that is currently being used at the U.S. Army Yuma Proving (USAYPG). Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requir ements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research re garding the specifications of the above listed item. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these services, then you must respond by 30 November 2005, 4:00PM MST. All inquiries shall be clearly marked with solicitation #W9124R-06-R-000 2 and emailed to Edgar.Angulo@yuma.army.mil or sent by facsimile to (928) 328-6849. See Note 22 with the exception that the time period for the receipt of proposals for consideration is 6 days instead of 45 days.
