Description: This agency is seeking firms that have prepared performance based statements of work for design build construction projects. We are not looking for firms that prepare prescriptive bridging documents for design build projects. Please forward your w ritten response indicating your experience and process of working with the clients in preparing performance based work statements and your abilities to avoid prescriptive language while still meeting the intent of the design build working group. This is n ot a request for proposal and a contract will not result from this request for information. Your response should be considered strictly voluntary. We are interested in firms that have performance based writing skills versus prescriptive writing skills in support of design build efforts.
