- This was erroneously previously synopsized as N00253-06-T-0063. The correct solicitation number is N00263-06-T-0033. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA requires 502 total, seats, (valve) conforming to Navy drawing 5510521 Rev A. Two first articles are required of this total quantity. Distribution of drawings is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act to vendors who are currently registered with the Defense Logistics Information Service Joint Certification Program. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. All vendors requesting drawings shall provide a copy of DD form 2345 with their request. Additional information regarding this program may be obtained at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp. NAICS code 332912 applies with 500 employee size standard. This requirement will be negotiated on a full and open competition basis in accordance with FAR part 13. Delivery of 1st articles requested is January 5, 2005. Later delivery other than January 5th will be considered. Offers shall reflect FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Due to urgent delivery requirement, this solicitation will be released concurrently with this announcement. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. This request for quote (RFQ) will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://www-keyport.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil/NECO/solicitation.htm) on or about 21 Nov 2005. Award will be made on, or about 6 Dec 2005. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set f or receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, (3) manufacturer information of proposed items and (4) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov ). Phone requests for the solicitation package will not be accepted. Numbered notes 1, and 8 apply.
