Description: The United States Government is seeking to lease up to 82,000 BOMA Rentable Square Feet (71,304 BOMA Usable Square Feet) of office and related space for new requirement and existing leases for potential replacement. The Government will relocate from expiring leases if consideration of the economics involved and the other factors prove favorable. The cost of moving, alterations, impact on tenant agency mission and other variables to be determined by the government, will be considered in the relocation decision.
