- Description
- This is an unrestricted acquisition. Offerors are required to supply the NSN: 5340-00-494-7599 RIM LATCHES, ADAMS RITE P/N: AR16. The quantity is 166 and offerors will be asked to submit pricing and delivery on the 166 pieces. The Government is requesting a delivery time of 220 days ADO and FOB Destination. Offerors quoting FOB Origin are subject to additional evaluation factors. In determing contract awards, the Contracting Officer will make a comparative assessment of the offeror?s performance risk by using the Automated Best Value System. Preference may be given to offerors with the earliest possible delivery. The solicitation will be available on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website: https:/www.dibbs.bsm.dla..mil/. The anticipated award date for this contract is during the week of Feb. 13, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Number Note 22 applies.
