- Description
- Western Federal Lands Highway Division, intends to conduct a competitive procurement for a contractor to provide Information Technology (IT) Support Services. Support services will be provided on-site at 610 East Fifth Street, Vancouver WA and may require occasional travel to remote project sites in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington and Wyoming. Travel for off-site conferences and training may also be required. Required services include but are not limited to Desktop support services, Help Desk services, work infrastructure support, Web page development, Server and Networking support, Computer Aided Drafting software support, database management, IT warehouse operations, hardware/hardwire services, telecommunications services and software programming support. This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. All eligible SDVOSB firms may submit an offer that will be considered. Offerors will be required to submit both technical and price proposals for evaluation. Award will be made to that responsible firm whose proposal is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. Technical criteria will be posted prior to the issuance of the solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code is 541513, and the size standard is $21 Million. The Government contemplates award of an Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of the solicitation. Total dollar value of all task orders placed on the contract will not exceed the total value of $5 Million. The guaranteed minimum for the life of the contract is $500,000.00 and will be ordered in the base period. The anticipated period of performance will be a one-year base period with one one-year option period. The anticipated solicitation issue date is on or about December 21, 2005 with a solicitation closing date on or about January 24, 2006. Please do not contact the contracting office prior to the projected issue date. Services are currently being provided under a task order to a Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). Incumbent contractor information will be included in the solicitation. All responses to questions, clarifications, and/or comments deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer will be promulgated via amendment(s) to the solicitation. It is the contractor?s responsibility to monitor the web page for any amendments to this solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award.
