Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This procurement is reserved for Small Business. This proposed procurement will be awarded sole source and will be referenced with purchase requisition no.: FE700052430029. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 5999, business size of 500 and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 335999. Supplies and/or services are available from only one responsible source. No other type of supply or service will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Responses must be received no later than noon, MDT, Tuesday, 29 November, 2005, stating that comparable supplies and/or services are available and would be more advantageous to the Government. 10 MSG/LGCB has a requirement for a motor station power bench to include 1 each of the following Hampden part numbers: HMD-100CM ? CM Mobile Instrumentatioin and Power Console MGB-100-DG ? Two Machine Bedplate HDI-100 ? Dissectable Motor Set WRM-100-HDI ? Dissectable Wound Rotor Motor 1290B-6C W/HC-1290 ? Dissectable Transformers w/Carrying Case SFR-100 ? Series Field Rheostat RL-100A ? Resistance Load RLC-100 ? Resistance/Reactance Load DYN-100A-DM - Dynamometer H-REM-LCD ? Load Cell HPT-100A ? Digital Photo Tachometer PB-100 ? Prony Brake SLA-100-M ? Strobe Tachometer Delivery for this requirement is FOB Destination.
