Description

INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source procurement to Emergent Technologies, Inc of Murrieta, California. LEAD has a requirement to provide engineering and technical support for the Navys HARM Missile (AGM-88) program at various activities thr oughout the world. Activites will include mobile missile maintenance and training, test set operation and training, support equipment upgrade and provisioning, and technical support. This is a non-competitive requirement. NO solicitation exists. Resp onses to this notice must be submitted within thirty (30) days after this electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence th at competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. Requests for information may be emailed to the contract specialist, Teely Shaffer, at the email address listed below. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabi lity to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with Emergent Technolo gies Inc., Murrieta California, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be consider by the agency. Number Note 22.
