Description

Single award term contract for 1 year (base year period for January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 and 2 option year periods (January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 and January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008) for Department of Commerce (Census). These specifications cover the production of miscellaneous letters, forms, and flyers requiring such operations as copy pickup, electronic prepress, proofs, film making, press sheet inspections, printing including 4-color process, binding, packing and distribution. Approximately 53 orders. Approximately 200 to 300,000 copies per order. Forms printed one or two sides. Trim Sizes: Up to and including 11 x 25-1/2?. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Suitland, MD. Deliver f.o.b. destination to Suitland, MD and Jeffersonville, IN and mail f.o.b. contractor?s city. Production time 5 and 10 workdays.
