Description

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to January 06, 2006 at 12:00AM Midnight PST. Questions concerning electronic proposal submission should be submitted to the e-mail address at TMTI.BAA@dtra.mil. Proposals submitted by facsimile will not be accepted. The closing date for Questions and Answers will be December 16, 2005. The Government?s response to the Questions and Answers will be posted no later than December 23, 2005, 4:00PM EST. Electronic Submission: A subsequent amendment will be posted no later than December 2, 2005 to provide instructions on the proposal submittal process. The registration web site will be provided to enable proposers to register and submit proposals electronically. Instructions and Points of Contact: The point of contact information is changed as follows: Laurie Hull, Contracting Officer, Rob Celeste, Contract Specialist, Phone 703-767-3568, TMTI.BAA@DTRA.MIL. As stated in the solicitation all questions pertaining to this BAA (technical, contractual, administrative) should be submitted to DTRA at the following e-mail address: TMTI.BAA@dtra.mil.
