- Provide all supervision, plant, labor, equipment, and materials and appliances necessary to perform all work in connection with the installation of the above ground vehicle lifts on Fort Drum in strict accordance with the statement of work, specifica tions, and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is issued as a Simplified Acquisition under FAR Part 13. The contract type shall be Firm Fixed Price Construction . This will be a 100 percent Set -Aside for HUBZone small business concerns, pursuant to the requirements of FAR Subpart 19.1305, HUBZone set-aside procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 a nd $100,000. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about December 7, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered. The solicitation will not be mailed out and no Bidders Mailing List (BML) will be maintained. T he entire RFQ package will be available for downloading from the Fort Drum web page at http://www.drum.army.mil/sites/directorates/doc-solicitations.asp No hard copies will be provided. All sources wishing to offer are required to monitor the Fort Drum C ontracting web page for any/all amendments to the RFQ. Failure to respond to any amendment may render the offer to be considered as non-responsive and thereby rejected. The offers must be supplied in hard copy form to the Directorate of Contracting, 45 W est Street, Fort Drum, NY, 13602-5220. No electronic offers will be accepted.
