- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ; FY06 Leased Forklifts (12/01/05 thru 11/30/06), 3ea forklifts with a minimum of 11,000 pound lift capacity, for FORT RILEY, KANSAS 66442 Extended Description: FY06 Leased Forklifts (12/01/05 thru 11/30/06), 3ea forklifts with a minimum of 11,000 pound lift capacity, minimum lift height 72 inches, minimum fork tine length 84 inches. Must be diesel powered and able to travel at a road speed o f 20 miles per hour. Provide Serial numbers of Fork Lifts at time of award. There is an urgent and compelling need to expedite the purchase of this award. Contract will be FFP, FOB Destination. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 dated 19 Jul 2004. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 523120 with a size st andard of $ 21.5 M. There is one contract lines, item (0001) for a quantity of 3 each. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by VISA credit card. You must be registered in the Cen tral Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award shall be made to the best value; technical, warranty, past performance and price proposal. You shall submit commercially available literature on your unit that demonstrates that all of the above capabilities are met.
