Description

This is a notice that the Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Bellwether Research, Inc, 11920 Curtis Acres Dr., Clifton, VA 20124, small business for the continuation and completion of the Effective Workforce Planning and Key Eleme nts for Success Study. This requirement will allow for continuation and completion of the study being conducted by Bellwether since September 2004. Bellwether is the only contractor familiar with the required methodologies and mechanisms, has the in-house expertise required to complete the ongoing study and meet the 31 January 2006 delivery date. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties must respond by close of business 29 November, 2005.
