DESC: ****PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY******The item to procure is a CNC Lathe IAW RIPD J4000-9-126, HAAS SL-20 WITH OPTIONS: 1MB, HIL-L, 5K, HPC20, LCC20, LTP20, PC20, LGK200, LINER114, LINER118, LINER134, LINER200, 8M, VQC-L, BBIH, BAR2008B, INTRN B, LK20, ENET/HD/USB, IPS-L OR equivalent. Requirements are FOR 1 QTY, CNC LATHE. FOB is DESTINATION. To support the gauging program. Estimated issue date is December 12, 2005. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.50 2 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This so licitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodicall y access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
