- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: An assesment of possible impacts resulting from repeal or significant modification of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (PURPA). This requirement is sole sourced to James B. Combs, PhDGeoHills Associates, 2445 E. Lakeridge Shores, Reno, NV 89509-5731, based on his unique experience and ability to focus on the synergy of technical, policy, and financial issues in developing successful business solutions. Any firms believing that they can provide the Engineering Services, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice.
