- Description
- This is Amendment 0001 to N0060406T0104 originally published on 16 November 2005. This provides clarification on the Statement of Work as follows: (1) The contractor shall provide a maximum of two (2) large moving trucks (24? long, 1400 cu ft/3-ton capacity) for DRMO delivery to Barbers Point. Each truck is required to make a maximum of one (1) drop-off delivery to Barbers Point. The contractor shall assist with unloading of both trucks. (2) The contractor shall provide a maximum of one (1) small flatbed truck for DRMO delivery to Barbers Point. Delivery time will differ from moving dates specified and will be determined after award. The truck is required to make a maximum of one (1) drop-off delivery to Barbers Point. The contractor shall assist in unloading of truck. (3) The contractor shall dismantle sixteen (16) modular furniture units and partitions (located in Bldg 4, Room 126) to be delivered to Bldg 1, 4th deck, exact room to be determined after award. These units and partitions are included in the inventory list included in the solicitation and provided during the site visit. (4) The contractor shall move four (4) modular workstations from Bldg 4, Room 126 to room across the hallway in the same building and reassemble the respective workstations. These modular stations are included in the inventory list included in the solicitation and provided during the site visit. (5) The contractor shall be responsible for the transportation/delivery and disposal of contents for all dumpsters respective to this project. (6) Elevators are located at each side of the building. The middle elevator shall not be used unless authorized by NAVFAC HI personnel. (7) Contents from Bldg 11 shall not be transported using the pedestrian bridge which connects Bldg 11 and Bldg 3AA. The contractor is required to move furniture and other miscellaneous items from Bldg 11 to the moving truck and transported to the contractor?s dumpster located at Camp Smith. (8) Only one dumpster is allowed to be staged at a time. The solicitation due date of 28 November 2005 1200 Noon Hawaii Standard Time remains unchanged.
