- Description
- This is a notice of intention to issue a solicitation for the purchase four production shipset consisting of two (2) each ECP-93 upgraded LRUs (LRU-1, LRU-3, LRU-4 and LRU-10) for installation on AC-130U aircraft and repair incidental to modification. Qty: 2 ea, Noun: Receiver, NSN: 5865-01-424-5096EW, P/N: 2637801G001; Qty: 2 ea, Noun: Switch, NSN: 5985-01-424-5098EW, P/N 2637803A001/G001; Qty: 2 ea, Noun: Transmitter, NSN: 5865-01-424-5097EW, P/N: 2637804G001; Qty: 2 ea, Noun: Controller C-1127, NSN: 5865-01-424-6013EW, P/N: 2637810G001; Qty: 1 LT, repair incidental to modification. Government’s required delivery is 12 months ARO. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit sole source to ITT Avionics Division, 100 KINGSLAND RD, CLIFTON NJ, 07014-1993 (Cage Code 28527) under the authority of 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
