Description

The United States Army Communications- Electronic Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract for one base year and four additional program years, IA W FAR 14, for the acquisition of up to 500 units for the life of the contract of Radio Control Sets (NSN: 5821-01-215-6174), Part Number: 70550-01008-042 at a delivery rate of approximately 12units per month. The technical data necessary to perform the re quired functions will be provided at attachments in Section J of the solicitation. IAW FAR 19.202-2 (a), this acquisition is a total small business set-aside. NAICS Code: 334220, Number of employees: 750, Shipments are to be FOB Destination with Inspec tion and Acceptance at Origin. Packaging and delivery schedule will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation number is W15P7T-06-R-C012, which REPLACES prior posting dated 13 July 2005 W15P7T-05-R-C011, that could not be amended due to technica l difficulties. W15P7T-06-R-C012 will be available on the IBOP. The US Army C-E LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitation for Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from C-E LCMC to industry. All parties interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. All respons ible small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. See numbered note 1.
