Description

CORRECTION ON ADDRESS Syracuse VA Medical Center, Syracuse NY has a requirement at it?s Rome Outpatient Clinic at 125 BROOKLEY Rd, Rome NY to renovate and construct main entrance project 528A7-05-702. The solicitation will be unrestricted and issued subject to the availability of funds under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program of FAR 19.10.The work will include but not be limited to demolition, electrical, masonry and other processes necessary as indicated by the specs and drawings. Demolition work will not begin on site without COTR?s approval and material delivery schedule. See page 7 of specifications for submittal and construction tentative schedule. The Solicitation material has also been provided to the following source where paper copies may be obtained for a fee: Syracuse Blueprint Co., Inc. 825 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13210 (315-476-4084) Attendance at a pre-bid job walk tentatively scheduled for December 5, 2005 at 9:00am at Rome is considered essential.(See Section 0100, page 18) A bid bond of 20% is required. Estimated cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. NAICS code is 236220 and size is $28.5 mil.
