Description

It is the Government's intent to award a sole source purchase order to District of Columbia Hospital Association for annual membership dues. DCHA has been found to be the only association in the D.C. Metropolitan area that allows all the area hospitals to communicate bed availability status and other pertinent information in the event of a disaster or mass casualty situation. The period of performance will be from 01 Oct 05 - 30 Sep 06. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Offerors still wishing to receive information pertaining to this requirement must contact the points of contacts below prior to 2:00 PM E.S.T, 01 Dec 05. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with District of Columbia Hospital may be pursued. All contractors submitting any proposal to the Government must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
