- This amendment to RFP#W74V8H-06-R-0004 revises the numbering structure of the PWS and provides the Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) new name. This does not impact the technical content of the requirement. Defense Contracting Command-W ashington has changed its' name to the Center for Contracting Excellence. The revised PWS is posted at the following Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), formerly Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DDC-W) homepage: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/se rvices/rfp1.asp.
