Description

CONTACT Wai Louie, (732) 532-4863. This is a Market Survey to locate sources for repair of the CN-1716/A, NSN: 6605-01-503-5284, P/N 765100-20 and C-12712/A, NSN: 6605-01-519-3560, P/N 765200-20. These units were produced sole source by LITAL S.p.A., Via Pontina km 27,800, 00040 Pomezia, Italy, CAGE A3379. Units contain hardware and software proprietary to Northrop Grumman Corporation and LITAL. Detailed technical data for these units is not available from the Army, except for performance specificatio n. Any sources capable of repairing these units must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-A-AN, Building 1200E, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5043. Companies must demonstrate that they had past experience performing similar work on s immilar systems. The responses must demonstrate intimate knowledge of the systems and/or similar systems including areas such as fault isolation/repair procedures/acceptance procedures, projected parts/materials usage and the necessary special test equipme nt. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item repaired will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army.
