- The Department of Interior National Business Center, GovWorks Directorate has a requirement to provide training on the IDEAS-PD system to new employees. This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the franchise authority of the Department of the Interior in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Marilyn J. Olson for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Marilyn J. Olson has the unique knowledge of how GovWorks currently utilizes the IDEAS-PD system, and the processes the organization follows. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
