Description

The work consists of janitorial services for the Sequoia National Forest Headquarters Office,Central California Interagency Communmication Center, and Engineering Office. Work includes but is not limited to daily disposing of trash, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, twice weekly vacuuming, twice a month mopping all floors, monthly dusting of all furniture, every two months damp wipe trash containers, partitions in restroom, doors window sills, three times a year wet mop garage, twice a year wash all interior and exterior windows, strip and finish all flooring,and annually wash all blinds. The estimated period of performance for this contract is January 15, 2006 through January 14, 2007, with options to extend the term of the contract for an additional two (2) years. A pre-bid tour will NOT be held. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site to assess the extent of the work. Appointments to visit the site can be made by calling Maureen Santos at 559-784-1500, ext. 1111 between the hours of 8-4:30, Mon-Fri, except legal holidays. This project is located at the Sequoia NF Headquarters Office at 1839 South Newcomb St, Porterville, CA; Central California Interagency Comm.Ctr at 2750 Yowlumne Ave, Suite B, Porterville, CA; and Sequoia National Forest Engineering Office at 480 North Henrahan St, Porterville, CA. Issue date is approximately Dec, 12, 2005 with a closing date of approximately Jan. 5, 2006.
