- Description
- The United States Department of Education intends to make a sole source award to RightNow Technologies for the maintenance renewal agreement on the RightNow Service Center from December 16 2005, to December 17, 2006. This solicitation will be awarded in accordance with the authority of 41 U.S.C.(c)(1) only one responsible source. RightNow Technologies. is the only manufacturer and supplier of the RightNow Service Center and related products in the United States and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the maintenance renewal.
