Description: Contractor is to furnish all labor, parts, travel and test equipment necessary to provide physicist services at the VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD. Services will include but are not limited to: Semiannual leak tests, quarterly meter measurements, quarterly review of daily reports, annual radiation protection surveys and dose calculation, telephone consultations and submitting quarterly reports. NAICS code is 541690 with a size standard of $6.0 million. The contract will include one base year from date of award through December 31, 2006, with two twelve-month options extended at the discretion of the VAMC.
