This is a 5 year IDIQ, applicable to OH-58D AIRFRAME UNIT with deliveries going to New Cumberland, Pa, 17070-5001 and Stockton, Ca 95296-0130. Production Lead-time is 10 0 RO due 80 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to the approved source(s): Minnesota Mining and MFG Co., Aberdeen, SD, 57401, Cage Code 8M369. The data needed to procure this part competitively is not physically available, it cann ot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
