Description

JThe contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment and materials to overhaul the Container Fire Extinguisher, Input NSNs: 1680-01-088-2142; Input P/Ns: 114PS203-3, Output NSN: 1680-01-088-2142, Output P/N: 114PS20 3-3. The proposed contractual action will be a five-year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with minimum quantity of 60 each and the maximum quantity of 168 each. The maximum quantity includes a 20% Foreign M ilitary Sales quantity of 28 each. The required production schedule is 5 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be 90 days after ARO. The rehabilitation and reconditioning of parts, equipment, and components specifi ed shall be in accordance with the specific instructions set forth in the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-1680-246 dated 15 December 1986 and All Applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs)/Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEDs). All resp onsible sources shall submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. There will be no telephone requests for solicitation accepted. Request will be by data fax to (256) 313-8194, mailed only to: US Army Aviation and Missile Command, Bldg 5303, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-M, Sudie Brister, Contract Specialist, or e-mailed to Sudie.brister @redstone.army.mil. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. Proposals will only be accepted by mail, no data FAX or Emails will be accepted. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing da te state above. See Note 26.
