- Naval Air Systems Command intends to award an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-03-G-0003 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (SAC), P.O. Box 9729 Stratford, CT 06615-9129 on an other than full and open competitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 order to procure Armed Helicopter Mission Kits (ISD Mission Kit, FLIR Mission Kit, EWS Wings Mission Kit, and B-Kit Installation Hardware) required for the integration effort into the MH-60S Armed Helicopter in Fiscal Years 2006-2010.
