- This is a notice of intent to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-03-G-0014 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration-Owego (LMSI-O), 1801 State Rt. 17C Owego, NY 13827-3998 on an other than full and open competitive basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 in order to provide for the procurement of Armament Control Panels, Emergency Jettison Panels, Hand Control Tube Assemblies, and Signal Converter data Trays required for the integration effort into the Common Cockpit of the MH-60S Armed Helicopter in fiscal years 2006-2010.
