Description

This is a sole source announcement. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared or made available. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SPAWAR San Diego) intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to Rochester Midland Corp on a sole source basis. Rochester Midland Corp will provide the disinfectant/water treatment for the restrooms at SPAWAR for the period of one year. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies except all responses to this sole source announcement must be received within 7 days (in lieu of 45 days) from the date of this advertisement.
