Description

The Naval Air Depot, Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC is seeking proposals for design, manufacture, delivery, installation, testing and training for an Automated Hydraulic Test System. The AHTS will be utilized to test hydraulic pumps, motors and starters for various military aircraft. The requirement also includes the removal and demolition of existing AHTS. The proposed AHTS shall be already developed, state-of-the-art, market proven, commercial test stand with a proven reliability track record. This acquisition is 100% set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. The requested item is commercial in nature and will fall under the purview of commercial items in accordance with Subpart 13.5 ? Test Program for Certain Commercial Items of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Deliver FOB Destination , MCAS, Cherry Point, NC. Provide Cage Code, Dun & Bradstreet Number, and Tax Payer?s Identification Number. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted at http://www.fed.bizopps.gov on or about 13 December 2005 with proposals due approximately 23 January 2006. NAICS Code is 336413 with a size standard of 1000 employees. See Numbered Note 1.
