Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in Savannah, GA. REQUIRED: Approximately 16,014 BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. All utilities, services and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration and the building owner must be willing to amortize Tenant Improvements over the firm term of the lease. LOCATION: The total requirement must be within the following delineated area: North ? Bay Street 80/26, South ? 204/Montgomery Cross Road, East ? Harry S Truman Pkwy, West ?I95. Space must be contiguous on one floor and located street level or higher. If space is above street level, the building must have a minimum of two accessible elevators which serve the floor proposed for OHA including handicap accessibility. Lease Term: Ten(10)years, five(5) years firm. OWNERS & AGENTS: Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submissions must be received no later that 3:30p.m. EST on December 2, 2005.
