Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, has a requirement to purchase one each Aerodynamic Particle Sizer Spectromet er (bacteria detector with PC104), TSI Inc. Model 331400, and one each TSI Inc. Model 2400A Fluidized Bed Aerosol Generator. The items must not deviate from the models as described. A expedient delivery is required. Offerors must quote an estimated time of delivery. FOB destination is requested. Evaluation factors considered are technical, price and past performance, technical being more important.
