- This amendment to RFP#W74V8H-06-R-0004 (JMAT) extends the proposal submission date to 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time on 7 December 2005. Please submit all proposals via email to sharon.osborne@hqda.army.mil. Proposals should not be more than one (1) MB. If proposals are being submitted in volumes (i.e., Volume I = cost or Volume II = technical, etc.) please include the volume title in the separate emails.
